About

The short version, and the honest one.

I'm Victoria — a CBAP®-certified business analyst, AI solutions builder, and executive operations consultant based in Nigeria. I've spent the last eight years turning ambiguous problems into systems that work.

I started in executive operations — the invisible infrastructure behind nonprofit and mission-driven teams. From there I moved into business analysis, because the pattern was always the same: the work wasn't broken, the workflow was. Now I combine both with AI — building prompt systems, research pipelines, and workflows that give small teams executive-level leverage without executive-level headcount.

I care about the parts other people find boring: the SOP that saves an hour a week, the requirement doc that prevents a month of rework, the AI workflow that a non-technical colleague can actually adopt. Clever tools get abandoned. Useful ones get used.

I've worked with Amdari, Self Help Africa, Barbershop Books, AGIRWOC, UNICEF-aligned programmes, and 7ven Oaks — across HealthTech, retail, WASH systems, product, and community development. I'm an AI Fellow at Attention Factory and I write about AI, business analysis, and executive operations on Medium.

How I work

Three principles I actually follow.

Clarity beats cleverness.

A boring workflow people use beats a brilliant one they don't.

Numbers or it didn't happen.

Every claim tied to a percentage, a dollar figure, or a name.

Build for the handoff.

If it can't survive without me, it's not done.
